The whole team put me at ease from the moment I arrived, I was seen early and not kept waiting which eased my nervousness. Although the procedure is not very nice, everyone was friendly and chatted making sure I was as comfortable and not in pain throughout the whole procedure. Everything was explained to me and what was on the screen and outcomes.
